Do you require tax returns or W2s?

No. Most of our loans are asset-based, so we do not require tax returns or W2s. We focus on the property’s value and cash flow.

What’s the minimum credit score needed?

We require a minimum FICO score of 660 for most of our loan products.

Can I get 100% financing for renovations or construction?

Yes. For qualified projects, we offer up to 100% of rehab or construction costs, and up to 75% of purchase or land value.

Do you lend to LLCs or business entities?
